Corrections, questions about a guide, copyright notices and “this does not work on my setup” reports all arrive here and are read by a person.

What to send where
- A page is wrong or out of date — send the address and what actually happens. See the corrections policy.
- Something is missing — tell us what you searched for. Searches that find nothing are reviewed and turned into guides.
- Copyright complaint — follow the format in the copyright and takedown policy.
- Trademark or naming question — see the trademark notice first.
- Privacy or data request — say what you want and we will act on it; details in the privacy policy.
Please do not send
Stream keys, passwords or account credentials. No one here will ever ask for them, and a log file with a key in it should be redacted before you send it.
Support requests for OBS Studio itself
This site is independent of the OBS Project. Bug reports for the application belong with the project, not with us — we can help you work out whether what you are seeing is a bug or a configuration problem, which is usually the harder question.
How your message is handled
We collect the minimum data needed to run the site: an account record if you register, first-party analytics that store only a salted hash of your IP address, and the contents of any message you send us. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party tracking pixels for profiling.
